Vertical log stacker
Log stackers are often the optimal solution for the production process between folder delivery and bindery. Whether for continuing processing in saddle stitchers or perfect binders or simply for transporting the products between pressroom and bindery; logs are the most effective, profitable and space-saving alternative.
Taking advantage of gravity, the shingled stream in vertical log stackers is processed very carefully and so the risk of marking by driving belts is minimized. Especially for large format or very thin products, vertical log stacking technology is the first choice due to the fact that the spine of the products is manipulated less during the log building process.
