Log Palletizer
Fully automated log palletizers replace the manual or semi-automated palletizing of logs onto pallets.
The compressed and strapped logs are transferred from the vertical log stackers to the log palletizer and picked-up by a log gripper. The gripper is mounted on a rail system and places the logs gently and precisely onto empty pallets. Logs can be rotated at 90° or 180° to place the products with spine up, down or to the side onto the pallet. The flexible and space-saving configuration aside, behind or in front of the vertical log stacker ensures the easy integration into existing equipment and the individual installation according to the available space in the production rooms.
