RIMA-SYSTEM opens Service & Support Office in South Africa

Being a successful supplier of Post Press equipment to South Africa, RIMA-SYSTEM has opened a service & support office in Cape Town. The aim is to serve customers the complete service portfolio including technical support, maintenance and spare parts with shortest possible response times.

Ralf Schifferer, Head of Customer Service at RIMA-SYSTEM, explains the importance of being close to the customer: "Printers like CTP and Paarl are working with modern web presses that are equipped with highly efficient post press systems. To succeed in a very challenging environment the customers cannot afford long downtimes for any reason. As a dedicated supplier of turnkey-solutions the service aspect is an integral part of our philosophy. We want to make our customers feel safe in every possible way."

Since more than 30 years RIMA-SYSTEM offers a complete portfolio of products for inline-finishing including rotary trimmers, compensating stackers, log stackers and palletizing robots. All machines integrate latest technology like automatic set-up and remote maintenance and offer JDF-compatibility.
