For the best possible processing of products from the A4 and A3 folder deliveries of a newly installed Rotoman web press with up to 55.000 rph, the Stämpfli Publikationen AG was in the need of reliable and high-quality post press solutions.

The proven and efficient products from RIMA-SYSTEM became the equipment of their choice.

To convert the shingled stream of both folder deliveries into stable stacks, an RS 32 lift stacker was installed as well as floor conveyors and a waste ejection system. An automatic gross and net counting device tracks the number of waste papers and good products that are being transported on the conveying systems. So, the web press with its 55.000 rph can be stopped when the remaining quantity of products for processing in the RS 32 stacker is still being transported on the conveyors.

All machines were delivered on schedule and installed within seven days. Thanks to the trouble-free integration of the machines into the production chain, the acceptance certificate was signed by the highly satisfied customer just one day after the official start-up.
